Cedrick Wright

Performance Coach

A former Miami Hurricanes defensive back who battled every Saturday in the ACC, Cedrick injects Division-I intensity into each Jump Lab workout. After earning ACC Student-Athlete of the Year honors as a freshman, he pivoted from making open-field tackles to crafting high-octane training environments—leading 30-plus-athlete boot camps, building custom strength programs for private clients, and designing speed + power blocks for multiple sports as the assistant strength coach at Dorsey High in Miami, FL.

Cedrick blends the explosive lifts he mastered in Coral Gables with mobility, injury-prevention, and relentless accountability—so every athlete learns to play fast and play long. Off the turf he’s a cybersecurity grad-student and a mentor who preaches discipline, resilience, and finishing every rep like it’s fourth-and-goal. Cedrick’s mission: turn raw potential into game-day dominance one perfectly executed drill at a time.

Sydney Mosley Head Coach

Hey Guys, I'm Sydney Mosley, better known as Coach Syd.

I ran track for about 10 years. My high school career came to a close finishing 5th at the SoCal State Meet with a time of 13.7". In college I started at Arizona State and transferred to Cal State Northridge (CSUN) where I finished my career at the NCAA Track & Field Championships with a time of 13.1".

9 times out of 10 in my free time I'm at practice trying to help someone get better, or cracking jokes and playing with Cleo.

Javier Rodrigues

Performance Coach

Armed with a Master’s in Kinesiology (Student-Athlete Development) and the gold-standard CSCS credential, Javier blends sport-science precision with a coach’s heart for mentorship. He has programmed strength & conditioning for NCAA Division II teams—designing speed, power, and injury-reduction plans for women’s track & field, men’s golf, basketball, soccer, and softball athletes—and has logged nearly a decade leading high-school volleyball programs to championship contention.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Javier connects instantly with Southern California’s diverse athlete community, guiding them to record-breaking performances thanks to experience in physical-therapy settings, personal training studios, and collegiate weight rooms. Javier’s mission: create a growth-mindset environment where hard work meets smart programming, and every rep moves athletes closer to greatness.

A Portrait Of A Man By A Wall

Dimitri Mendoza

Performance Coach

A lifelong baller with an 11-year playing career and a global mindset, Dimitri fuses on-court savvy with the curiosity of a psychology major to help Jump Lab athletes level up fast. After honing his game at a university program in Spain, he returned to California to study psychology at Pasadena City College and now sharpens strategies as an assistant coach for Polytechnic School’s varsity basketball team. Whether he’s breaking down footwork or decoding an athlete’s mental blocks, Dimitri brings equal parts technical detail and infectious energy to every session. Bonus trivia: before he was calling plays, he voiced Kyle’s little brother on South Park—proof that he’s been performing under bright lights since day one.

Morgan Wadlow

Performance Coach

A 12-year volleyball veteran with D-I chops, Morgan pairs elite court awareness with a storyteller’s creativity. After starring on Cal State Northridge’s squad while earning his B.A. in Creative Writing, he kept the spikes flying—competing in semi-pro tournaments across Los Angeles and Las Vegas and absorbing every tactic the game could teach. At The Jump Lab he channels that experience into dynamic, athlete-specific drills that sharpen power, timing, and court IQ, all while using his writing background to frame feedback in clear, motivating language. Off the hardwood you’ll find him crafting short stories, scouting the city’s best eats (spam-rice-egg aficionados, unite!), or breaking into an impromptu dance between sets. Morgan’s mission: turn every rep into a highlight reel—and have a little fun while doing it.
