The Jump Lab Method™

Youth athletic development runs on promises. We built the opposite. A development standard measured in objective data, led by coaches who have competed and coached at the highest level, and built to prepare athletes for a level that recognizes the difference.

What We Believe

Most programs sell potential. They promise your athlete will get faster, stronger, more explosive, and they ask you to take it on faith. Faith is the wrong currency for something this important.

The Jump Lab Method™ is our answer: a complete approach to developing young athletes that proves progress in numbers, refuses to cut corners on who is qualified to coach, and develops the whole athlete rather than only the parts that show up on game day. The standard we hold is simple. We develop athletes to a level the next level respects.

Proof Over Promises™

Every athlete is measured on 3D force plates and retested every six weeks. You do not take our word for it. You see the numbers, cycle after cycle, and so does your athlete. Progress you can point to is the only progress we count.

Beyond Certified™

Our programs are built and led by coaches who have competed and coached at the highest levels, including Division 1 and professional sport. Every coach on our floor is credentialed, trained in our system, and held to that same standard. Your athlete is never just supervised. They are coached by people who know what the next level demands and who deliver it the same way every session.

The Whole Athlete™

Speed and strength are not the whole story. We develop movement, power, recovery, durability, and the habits and mindset that separate athletes who plateau from athletes who keep climbing. We build the athlete, not just the workout.

How the Method is Delivered

These principles come to life through a structured, data-driven training system. Every athlete is placed by assessment data, developed through a deliberate progression, and retested on a six-week cycle that drives what comes next. The specifics are best understood in the building, not on a screen. The fastest way to understand the Method is to see how your athlete would be assessed, placed, and developed.

The Proof Is in the Data

Since our 3D force plates went live, every athlete who trains here is measured, not guessed at. Our countermovement jump test captures explosive power, the engine behind speed, first-step quickness, and vertical, and we retest on a six-week cycle so progress is something you can see, not something we promise.

Featured Progressions

  • Arden, 14, baseball. Increased his peak power output by 782 watts, a 22% gain, and added nearly 4 inches to his vertical, climbing from 16.9 to 20.8 inches across four assessments over 18 weeks. More explosive, measurably, every cycle.
  • Adam, 16, basketball. Added more than 2.5 inches to his vertical, improving to 16.9 inches over four months of training.
  • Ellie, 18, volleyball. Improved to a measured 12.9 inches on her vertical across five assessments, her highest mark recorded on her most recent test.
  • Millison, 13, volleyball. Already jumping a measured 17.4 inches and generating over 27 watts of power per pound of bodyweight, a strong explosive-power output for her age, with the data tracked every cycle as she develops

Thirty-Eight Athletes. Twenty-Seven College Programs. Seven Sports.
